Blessing from the gutter

A red tabby feline is a blessing from the gutter. Yes, literally from the gutter. Guess he is 3 days old then when he fell from above. The mother, Puchin, put her kittens in the gutter and left them there. Luckily, the kitten survived by feeding him with an instant milk thru a medicine dropper until he is capable of taking in solid food. When he can already eat, he was fed with commercial cat food. So expensive but we have seen a good effect on the cat for its lean body and nice fur. After about one month, he was named Kingkang, sought after “Kingkoy”, a Visayan term for “funny” due to his mannerisms. Kingkang became the prince of the house, so special that he sleeps with Ace in the bed in between his legs. Since Kingkang is always inside the house, we didn’t have to worry about rats. The house is free of rats and even cockroaches. He even killed a bird he saw in the window sill. Anything he sees crawling or moving, he will play with it and kill it. A murderer…hehehe. Having Kingkang in the house is definitely a blessing same as with other pets, playing with him or just watching him play with his ball, or anything he sees that he can play with is good to release stress. Kingkang is really a blessing for he brought immeasurable joy to us.
