It’s been a month since we got the Canon 400D ( Canon Rebel XTi) but I am still not so familiar in using it. I am still a newbie with it. I’ve been reading the manual but it made me more confused. I told Ace I wanted to buy magazines about photography because it might help especially with the techniques in taking photos but he said I’d better read in the internet.*sigh*

Yesterday, I was looking for a photography forum based here in Davao and  I was directed to Fanatic Photographers Society. I was going over it when I saw a familiar name. It’s my long lost friend and classmate in high school whom I havent seen for years! I bet he’s an active member so I immediately registered in the forum so that  I could send personal message to him. After registering,  I sent a PM to him using my nickname (I have lots of nicknames depending how I am related to the person calling me) that my friends call me. Oh, I forgot…with my surename of course! Guess what he replied to me? “….kindly refresh my memory where did we met”? Gosh! He doesn’t know me anymore! So I sent another message using my maiden name and he replied “Oh, you’re a Nierva now!”hahaha. Anyway, we had a good time catching up on each other and I am looking forward to see him soon now that we started communicating and with common interest…photography.

Wacky then told me to undergo formal training on the basics. I was hoping Ace would be amenable with it (knowing that Ace is frugal sometimes). When I told Ace about getting a formal training, he instantly said YES. Yey! I hope his mind won’t change.*wink* I hope Wacky could get me a schedule for the training. I’m so excited about it!
