Dress up on Sundays

With 6-day workweek in OHJ, I and Ace can only go out on Sundays. After attending the worship service, it’s our bonding time at the mall or anywhere our feet will direct us. Since I only get to use my casual clothes on Sundays. I am planning to change wardrobe because everytime I dress up, Che-Che was like, “ew, you’re so old fashioned”. Hence, I am beginning  to change wardrobe but it will really take a while because it’s hard to find my kind of style. Guess a few pieces would be enough since I am not going out often unless I dress up here at home while doing my coding job.LOL.

Sunday is the only time I use jewelry. My one and only pair of pearl earrings. I am not very particular on jewelries so I am satisfied with just a pair of earrings and our wedding band has remained as plan…not yet a burning desire. Hence, it may or may not be realized. Ace seemed to read my mind and said “do you want me to get you a pair of earrings?” Hehehe…maybe he wanted to make up with me since he failed to give me an engagement ring. Sorry, I am not thrilled but if he’ll really give one and would tell me to choose from the diamond earrings and diamond rings of our jeweller’s catalog, I wouldn’t take a second thought.*wink*. Who wouldn’t like a diamond? It’s every woman’s dream for sure.

Comments…keep them coming!

After checking on what’s wrong with my comment moderation, I thought it’s working already. But I wonder why I didn’t received any comment on my posts. I was thinking maybe there’s something wrong with the link I provided for my meme because many have commented in my entry in Life’s Lessons. It’s the first time I didn’t received any comment in my daily meme. I was planning to check on my link with Ruby Tuesday and Wordless Wednesday after my shift yesterday. But just before my shift ended, Sissy Arlene PMed me asking why she cannot leave a comment because there’s no way she can register. Hmmppp…..that was it! Now I know why one of the visitors said she cannot register to leave a comment and I took that for granted. Immediately I checked on the settings and there it is! I intentionally (or not?) checked the box for “users should be registered to leave a comment”. Now, that was the result of checking that box. Now I know. I thought the user being referred to is me, the author…in other words. Discovered something useful yesterday. Thanks to Arlene for clarifying the issue because if I hadn’t heard a word about it, I will only think nobody left a comment. With that experience, I agree with what others are saying “sometimes common sense are not common”.
