I need longer sleep
If I had sleeping problems months back due to blogging, I still do have it now due to some other things that pre-occupies my thoughts. Lately I have noticed I hardly sleep. While working or doing something, I am terribly sleepy but once I hit the bed, I need to toss and turn the nth time or swing back and forth my feet against a pillow for some comfort before I could finally doze off. Sometimes it irritates Ace because he needs to get enough sleep to recharge for work. Since I resigned from my office work, I never get a straight 8-hr sleep as far as I can remember. It’s usually between 5-6hrs a day that I can feel its effect. I get easily tired, and so sleepy during daytime. Even on weekends which is supposed to be a rest day so I should have longer sleep but it’s not happening. Gladly my skin is not reacting to lack of sleep but I do have some pimple that pops up once in while. Maybe because I am not much exposed to pollutants outside so I am quite lucky. Also, I am not so prone to pimples since then except for the cosmetic allergy I experienced before. There’s a lot of pimple cream available though so I should not worry much. Anyway, like what Ace told me once (which I forgot to post about it…hmm…will write about it later), I am staying at home 6 days a week so I shouldn’t worry much about having that skin problem.

we’re in the same boat add to this is my daughter who wants to be breastfeed just before 6am…

i’ve had the same problem with not being able to sleep and its super frustrating. your body is so tired yet your mind wont allow you to drift into a peaceful sleep. i’m sending over virtual sleeping pills (all-natural and no side effects, hehe) wishing you lotsa quality sleep my dear.
