A piece or two a day

It’s nice to be sick because I am greeted with a sweet smile with “how do you feel?” every morning and when Ace arrives, aside from the calls he makes to check if I have eaten while he’s at work. It’s more than a week since I am sick and I thought I’m already fine and can do the laundry. I washed Ace’ uniforms and 1 pair of pants earlier that made me catch my breath. So, I still can’t do the laundry but I need to wash Ace’ uniforms. I might as well wash a piece or two everyday. How about the others? Oh, let them wait until I’m totally fine so I can deal with all of them. As much as I wanted to wash everything, I’m afraid I might end up in total bed rest again so it’s easier to do a piece or two a day and I hope I’d be able to do everything next week. What’s important is Ace’ uniform and other working clothes. How I wish Puto and Maya could wash clothes so I could let them do the laundry for a while. When I’m totally fine, my chores have piled up and it’s again for another general cleaning. What pissed me off everytime is the dust around here. I don’t know where it came from. We’re not just beside a busy road but the dust seemed to accumulate so fast. Dusting around isn’t a great idea with this as I have tried it many times. I guess a vacuum cleaner is best works for this and have found one of the Electrolux vacuums that really fit for our need. I wish we could save some moolah for it.
