		<description>online quotes are best to at least have an idea of how much are you gonna pay. when we bought our first car here in canada, a van, i asked help from the seller himself since i knew practically nothing yet about car insurance here that time. he referred me to his insurance provider. the 2nd car we bought (after 6 months of getting the van), we checked online for quotes from about 4-5 different insurance companies. they all had varying rates. i printed all of it and brought them to show to my current insurance provider for comparison. she gave us an even much lower rate than the one with the lowest rate i got online. now both of our cars are insured under one provider. and with the addition of our house insurance, we even got a bigger discount (package rate). maybe this idea will help you in the future, lynn...</description>
