I am good girl now because I am wearing my old eyeglasses. Hence, headache from eye strain is gone. Since then, I have this wrong attitude that my optometrist was trying to correct. I don’t wear my eyeglasses first hour in the morning until my I can feel eye strain, that’s the time I put on my glasses. So, at the end of the day, I am suffering from red strained eyes. My eye doctor often told me to wear my glasses ALL THE TIME. I should only take it off when I sleep or bathe. Hardheaded me! So I am now taking the dose of my own medicine.

Now the lens of my glasses has scratches and I cannot see very clearly because of those. But the funny thing is that I can bear in front of the PC for hours without feeling tured eyes. Hence, I am convinced and I now believe my optometrist to wear my glasses all the time. However, Ace was telling me to have another pair again since my old glasses is 2 years old already. I might have my eyes checked at the optical clinic to know the status of my eyes and get the eyeglasses from Zenni Optical.
