Connection issue resolved
It’s back! My internet connection was restored earlier than I expected. After making a call to their hotline early this morning and was able to talk to a real customer service representative that patiently looked at my concern, I expected a call from the ISP’s technical team within 24 hours. With my previous experience with them, I never expected they will resolve the issue that soon. I was told the technical team will still diagnose the problem and if needed, they will deploy the contractors to physically check my antenna since they are telling me the problem is with the antenna. I need to make online transactions, I went to the internet cafe in the neighborhood and spent an hour and a half there. When I got back here, I tried connecting to the internet and to my surprise, it’s working. Glad that they fixed the problem on their end…so the problem might not be with my antenna. Read more…
