It’s ME time!

I received an email notification about the theme yesterday but I kept on delaying this. Anyway talking about ME time, I think I do have lots of it and I am glad I don’t need to ask it from Ace. Well, maybe because we don’t have kiddos that I should attend to. So everytime I am left at home, I consider it my ME time already.

Here’s the top ten things that I love doing or would love to do during my ME time.

  1. Playing with our camera while watching the sun go down (in short, sunset shoot*lorl*)
  2. Getting myself a full body massage. Wow, I love it!
  3. Shopping at ukay-ukay (2nd hand) stores…hahaha!
  4. Reading magazine
  5. Catching up with friends
  6. Sleeping
  7. Surfing the net for DIY projects
  8. Day dreaming*lol*
  9. If I go to the mall, you’ll find me at the housewares section (I just love being there!)
  10. Eating my fave street foods

Check out Ten on Tuesday for more entries.

Delayed gratification

For the nth time, I would be talking about weight loss again! No offense meant to anybody who think they need to lose weight, but this is one of the hottest topic nowadays. Especially that almost everybody seemed to be too concerned about their physical appearance unless  you love how you look no matter what. That’s what we call “self-worth”!hahaha. Anyway, losing weight is a matter of self discipline for even if you drink the best diet supplement, if you don’t practice delayed gratification, it wouldn’t help. More so, just ranting about dieting and weight loss won’t shed you even a single pound as it needs discipline, hard work, and if you can afford it, the best diet supplement.

Big eyes

The first thing that Ace did after dinner is reading my blogs. :-) He was really amused at my previous post and not contented with how I recounted it here, he let me tell him the whole story and not just that, he was trying to test my memory and let me recite the poem “Ang Nanay Kong Iniibig”. Then he asked, “was that really a poem or Mamang just composed it?” He bought my answer that it was really a poem. I have actually seen a child’s video in YouTube reciting that poem.

While reading my other posts, he asked why some words in some of my posts lack a letter or two. So I told him I might be in a hurry that I haven’t double checked it. Actually, I am proofreading my posts even if its already posted and do some corrections if I notice some flaws. But with the previous post, I must have overlooked the word “shool” instead of “school”. That’s how Ace is, being Melancholic and I must say he has BIG EYES that could easily notice flaws. I wish he has also BIG HANDS to get things in order*wink*
