Window shopping

Once again, we were at our fave section at the mall earlier. I told Ace we need to check for a salt shaker because the one he gave me last December isn’t working. I wasn’t able to use it for long, actually. I don’t know what’s with it that the supposedly stainless top developed some rust. Hmmm…..it’s not stainless I guess. So when we entered the kitchenwares section, instead of walking straight to the condiments and seasoning container, I turned left to the dinnerwares and as  I was holding a square dinner plate, Ace uttered “that’s too big to be a salt container”. He knew I wanted to get some dinnerwares to be used when I am plating food for my food shots because I’ve been using the same plate and bowl over and over again*lol*. Like with the usual trip to the kitchenware section, I wasn’t successful in convincing myself that I need to buy at that moment. I didn’t find a nice salt shaker so we went out of that section empty handed. Read more…

Break

Yay! Had a short break from the monotony of home life. So nice to be going out on weekends because it is something to look forward to. I thought we couldn’t go out because it’s been raining this afternoon but Ace really wanted to go out because he wants to give me a break and smell the air in the outside world so I gave in. We went strolling at the mall and had dinner at Taps afterwards. Now I am back to blogging mood because blessings poured in and I would do as much as my powers can*lol*.

Cancer loves the water

I’ve been receiving text messages asking how we are from a number not in my phonebook. When I asked who the sender is, she said she’s the real estate agent that we talked to months ago. Gosh! Of all the things that I don’t want is receiving messages in the middle of the night because it makes me nervous. I am so paranoid about that. For me it means emergency. But not to the real estate agent. She loves to send messages in the middle of the night or too early in the morning when I am still dreaming that I would be suddenly awaken by the message alert tone of my phone. Can’t she not get the message that we aren’t interested in getting a property this time? She haven’t heard from us after that conversation in the mall so it should mean we’re not interested. The property they are selling is down in the south and Ace’ workplace is far in the north so there’s no way we would get it this time. Read more…

Thanks anyway

Mr. G updated page rankings last week (I think) and I immediately checked all my domains’ page rank. Of all my 6 domains, the oldest two (this blog and my Life’s Lessons) still remain on zero. How come? The oldest two blogs have more traffic than the others and updating is more frequent on these compared to my other blogs. Hence, it means, page ranking is not only about traffic, it’s not only about fresh content, it’s not only about reciprocal linking. Anyway, I don’t wanna give myself a headache in understanding how page ranking in google works. As long as I receive ample amount of opportunities, as long as I maintain quality(?) posts on a personal note, and as long as my online friends continue to visit me and leave a comment (which means they are reading) is all that matters. But then thanks to Mr. G for the page rank of my other homes. ‘Till next update!
