		<description>I&#039;ve learned my lesson years ago about gaining &quot;too much&quot;. it ended up being expensive -- having to buy new clothes because nothing fits anymore, paying for gym pass, and then when you lose all that extra that you gained, you have to buy clothes yet again! I have now come to terms with my being chubby, but to avoid previous experience, I now resort to trying to &quot;maintain&quot; current chubby-ness. hehehe</description>
