Downtime

My Life’s Lessons is down.*sigh*. Though I don’t have to work on my assignments today, I just feel incomplete that one of my domains isn’t up in the web. I have transferred the domain to my registrar and it took more than a week for the whole process. I should have been finished earlier had I approved the transfer request as soon as my registrar sent it to the registered email. I didn’t know ace’ email (in their family webmail) was used when his brother registered the domain a year ago. So I was waiting for eternity for the email to arrive in my inbox. Glad that I took the initiative to ask my registrar when I noticed there’s no update on the status of transfer after days of registering the domain in my account. Now that domain transfer is complete, I should be transferring my files from the previous host to mine but I am now clueless what’s next. The DNS of the domain is already pointed to my nameserver and have done adding the domain to my host. I actually know what to do…but no way that I can access the previous host’s cpanel (if there’s any) to do a full backup of my files and upload it in my host. I tried doing a backup using the worpress backup plugin but it wouldn’t work.*pout*. I wonder if Kuya ever received my email last night and Ace’ text this morning for assistance because he has the access to Borski and Nai’s cpanel. If not, calling Kuya, your assistance is badly needed. Thanks!

I am working on my new blog/domain… and I HATE it when it’s down. (It’s going to be at http://www.scrapgrrl.com when I am done)

At last, ok na main blog mo. Ganyan talaga basta nagta-transfer pero yung sa atin natagalan lang kasi yung registrar ko hinintay yung due date para makapagbill din sila. Sige lang, at least 2 years pa before magexpire yung domain mo. Good Luck.
