Working late
I’m back to being a nocturnal, which I loathe! I don’t wanna work until late nights or wee hours in the morning but I have to keep up with work. We’re swamped with emails and I wonder where’s my partner in answering it. She’s supposed to be working with me in tele-emailer since last month but only me and our department manager are answering emails. For the last three nights, I have to stay up and work (though I can choose to work during the day) so emails on qeue will not stay long and prevent from reaching its overtime limit.
Lack of sleep slowly results to my loss of appetite. If others are getting fatter because of staying up late which makes them eat to stay awake, I am the opposite. I don’t eat that late though I am hungry. I just don’t feel like eating at almost midnight or during the wee hours in the morning. Lack of sleep to me may seem like taking the best fat burning supplement because in a few days, I will definitely shed some pounds. My cravings are always suppressed and I can’t eat that much when I am sleep deprived. Hope I could go back to sleeping early in the coming days or weeks.
