McDonald’s keep on impressing me with their TV commercials. The first time was when they won the Araw Awards (I can’t remember the exact year) but I watched the awards night with Mamang in our old house in Kabacan years ago.
Ace was home drenched. He was complaining why in Buhangin there’s no rain and when the jeepney reached Bajada (the barangay next to Buhangin) it was raining so hard. He didn’t have an umbrella in his bag so he was drenched in the rain. I don’t know where’s my 3-folds umbrella that Ace brings in his bag everyday. I and Ace are back from our trip from my hometown while my sisters, BIL and Ella stayed for another day. We’re supposed to bring my late Mamang’s flatwares, her Pyrex serving dishes and her TV but we weren’t able to bring any of the things mentioned. I am more interested in bringing here Mamang’s TV set but it would be hard for us since we only commute going back here. The TV set is too big for Ace to let it sit in his lap for the entire trip.
