Last Saturday was Mamang’s 3rd death anniversary. It’s one of the few times (in a year) that we get to visit her gravesite since we were not living in our hometown anymore.

There’s a BIG Havaianas flipflop at Chema’s by the Sea last Friday. My feet looks too small compared to the flipflops! What if it’s a real flipflop? Would you want to wear it?

Each of us used to have an umbrella but this year, all our folded umbrellas ar gone…mine and Ace were lost while Che-Che’s was broken. Since the last time I bought an umbrella was more than a year ago, I thought it’s about time to buy since we really need it. Carol paid for Che2x while I bought for me and Ace.

Jovani’s (our neighbor) company had an outing in Paradise Island Park and Beach Resort and they invited us to join them. Who would say no to the BEACH? Not us because we love going to the beach!

When Ace got to like something, he would ask me to learn how to cook it. So when he liked Greenwich’ baked macaroni, I have to try cooking it using my imagination because I don’t rely on cookbooks. :-) So it was like trial and error. For his birthday last weekend, he asked for a baked macaroni so I cooked for him. Glad that not only Ace loved it but our visitors too.*wink* So here’s my own version of Baked Macaroni. It’s now our new favorite instead of spaghetti.
