Invitations Mardi Gras

Seriously, I wanna experience attending Mardi Gras party so Mardi Gras Invitations are most welcome! I wonder how does it feel to be in a crowd wearing beautiful masks and costumes. Maybe I would be too thrilled and, as a photo enthusiast, would have take hundreds of photos for that party alone.

Since Mardi Gras seems to be (or it is) not part of our custom and tradition, let me just satisfy my imagination by browsing for Mardi Gras Party invitations including mardi gras sayings at http://www.invitations-shoppe.com. If you’re looking for such party invitations, check out Invitations-Shoppe for they are giving away Free Mardi Gras invitations! Isn’t that cool? Want more about Invitations-Shoppe? Oh, it’s the best for procastinators like me because they print and ship your order the SAME DAY it is approved so you don’t need to worry about your invitations for not making it to your doorstep days before the party. It’s also for the Cholerics who wanted to do everything their own way because you can add a photo, picture or logo to any card on their site. I think I’ve said a lot. Now it’s your turn to explore the site. :-)

Playing with a clamp

My late maternal grandfather (Tatang) used to be a carpenter (aside from being a farmer after the world war) and I remember him when I saw this C-clamp among the numerous kinds of clamps in one industrial supply site. Feels like I am back to my childhood days when, together with my cousins, we used to play with the clamp that’s installed in a platform attached to the wall of my uncle’s house. We put something and start to rotate the handle until the thing in between the clamp is tightly pressed. Then we loosen it again. Tighten…loosen…tighten….loosen. That’s how we used to play with Tatang’s clamp. He also have another improvised clamp he’s using in making one part of a “kariton” (cart) but I can’t recall if it’s used to fix the wheel or whatever part of the cart. It’s only now that I knew that the thing we were playing with years ago is a CLAMP. I learned something today. :-)
