I wanted to buy a photography magazine or a book but it is soooo EXPENSIVE. Instead, Ace downloaded an e-book and I had time to read it when we had no internet connection. The books are interesting and nice read but I find it hard to go through all the pages because my eyes got easily strained. I would rather have a printed copy of it than reading it from the computer monitor. With the hard copy of the book, I can easily go through it whenever I can and highlight some of the important points by marking it.

A former officemate forwarded an e-mail regarding the need of Cebu Pacific Air of cabin crews. I was laughing to myself “does Mama Juliet mean it?”. She must be kidding! First, I am not looking for a job. I am contented being here at home though earnings is not stable. Second, I don’t meet other qualifications except for the educational background. Mama Juliet must have forwarded it to me so I could also spread the word to my friends because she knew that I am like a manpower or recruitment agency. Friends ask me for job vacancies that I know and some inform me of the vacancies they know so I could also help to source out for them.
Ace had a badminton practice the other night at Holiday Gym and Spa. He excitedly broke the news that their company has a corporate account with the establishment and that they can have a workout or use the gym’s facilities for free. It’s a privilege they will enjoy as an employee of Unifrutti.
Yipee! Ella’s here. I miss my niece so much and the house is merrier now that they are here for the weekend. The moment they arrived, I am about to finish reading about online car insurance quotes. Nope, we don’t have a car yet, but I am only amazed at how internet is dominating the world where the usual personal transactions before can be done online. So I am familiarizing myself with how that works. Who knows, we might need it one of these days? By then at least I know how it works.
One of the things that I really don’t like and usually get disgusted with is being robbed of my personal or private space especially of people that I consider insignificant others. When I was still working, I don’t feel comfortable when people I don’t consider as friends get inside my cubicle and talk to me too close. At home, I am usually pissed at people getting inside the yard without permission though this is not my own place but this is my comfort zone. Also, I don’t like visitors who gets inside the yard and call us near the door. They should be outside the gate until they are told to get inside. Though our gate cannot be locked, people should not get inside unless told to do so but with the exception of significant others. Many times I get so pissed at the neighbors who get inside the yard and climb the coconut tree without permission. I know I should not be rude to them but the fact that they just get in here without asking permission really pissed me and everytime that happens, I don’t care if they are our neighbors. I really hate trespassers or people intruding others properties much more getting things without permission.
