I was wondering yesterday what will I post for Sky Watch. It’s been a while since I went out to shoot and our next sunrise shoot will be on Saturday. As I browse through the photos in my file, I remember I haven’t posted the photos during my 2nd “me and nature” time months back. I intentionally didn’t post it because I’m not satisfied with the result. Mr. Sun hid behind thick clouds that time. As I went through each photo, I realized they are all beautiful. Sunset is not all about taking photo of Mr. Sun going down the horizon. Sometimes, nature’s wonders works in mysterious ways that we see this….

The photo is untitled. I cannot grasp the right word for its title. Can you name it for me pls? Thank you! You may want to see my other entries in Life’s Lessons, Piece of Mine, and Life in a Snapshot. Check out other sky watch’ home here. Happy Sky Watch everybody!

Katibawasan Falls, Camiguin Island
Taken last January in our trip with my high school classmates. It’s too high that it’s really difficult taking the full height of the waterfalls.

A beautiful Friday to all! I am excited to post for Sky Watch because I have something to share today. I’ve been in my favorite sunset watching spot yesterday afternoon. At last it’s a good sunset after weeks of overcast sunset time. I don’t know how to title this photo…it seems to me Mr. Sun is saying “excuse me” to the clouds covering him. But those clouds added drama to the scene.
Happy Sky Watch to all! Visit here for more entries. More of sunset photos in my flickr account.

Years back, everytime I see clouds I was like “wow. Wish I have a camera”. Whether that cloud is the common cumulus, nimbus, stratus or whatever as long as it forms beautifully in the sky, it’s heaven to me. I’ve been oriented that way because when I was growing up, all I could see is the landscape…the ricefields, the grasslands, and the mountain ranges far from our place. Hence, I developed my passion for nature because it’s what I always see. I don’t have other things to appreciate with except for the trees, blue skies, the clouds, the sunrise over Mt. Apo where I can directly see from my bedroom window, the sunset that I can view from our backyard, the stars and the moon. I have seen pink clouds before but I wasn’t able to capture it. It’s only in my memory. Now, I had to walk a few hundred meters to watch the sunset where I also took this PINK CLOUDS. This was taken during one of my “me and nature” time.
Happy Friday!

TGIF! Another day of Sky Watch! I love doing this meme simply because I love nature. Obviously, sunsets and sunrises to name a few.
