What’s in store for today? I don’t know. I am planning to cook for dinner but the birthday boy doesn’t agree with it. His dream motorcycle is more important than preparing for a simple dinner so let it be. After all it’s his choice so we’ll just eat whatever food there is in the fridge. Besides, I don’t feel like going out today so we’ll just be staying at home (most probably). That’s for now but let’s see if I’ll change my mind later. That’s when I get bored and wanted to see the outside world.LOL. Gotta get going and check out the no xplode review that I kept at bay yesterday for a more important task – that is finishing my first photobook! Now I am looking forward to finish those photobooks that I have started months ago.

My fave place at the mall when I was still single is the NBS (National Bookstore) not only because it is where I and Ace first met (cheesy!) but because I love going there and spending hours going over the textbooks, self-help books, magazines and even the greeting cards! Aside from reading (for free!), I like roaming around and seeing different office and school supplies that wish I have the money to buy those and put it in my cubicle.LOL. So for years, it has become our meeting place should I and Ace would meet at the mall after office hours. We just love waiting for each other there because there’s something that would occupy us instead of just sitting at one of the fastfood chains and counting passersby. Now that I’ve been staying at home, I miss going to the bookstore because I and Ace seldom meet at the mall lately. Next time we’ll visit the mall, I’ll drop by there and reminisce the old times.

McDonald’s keep on impressing me with their TV commercials. The first time was when they won the Araw Awards (I can’t remember the exact year) but I watched the awards night with Mamang in our old house in Kabacan years ago.

TUESDAY! Yes, I need to convince myself that today is Tuesday. The whole morning, I was thinking today is Wednesday and was asking myself where did time go? Seems yesterday’s Sunday and now it’s Wednesday? I even left a comment at one of the photo memes I joined that I posted my entry early but wasn’t able to return to that blog yesterday so it’s only now that I am leaving a comment. I just realized that it’s Tuesday when I and Ace are heading to the market late in the afternoon.

Got so many stories to tell and so many pictures to share but I don’t know why I can’t start even a single post about how our days went. Yesterday I’ve been meaning to blog about one thing but we got hooked with Maya (our dog). She gave birth yesterday (and I am so glad Ace didn’t report for work that day because he was able to assist Maya). Photos? It’s still in the camera! Will post once it’s uploaded. Have to go. Will make a separate post for each event so stay tuned.

It was during my maternal grandfather’s funeral that one of our eldest cousins instructed us to take snaps and video of scenes that will become our laughing matter after we buried Tatang. Since ours is a DSLR without video features, it was Donald and my nephew who took a video using a point and shoot camera and camcorder respectively. Everybody was moved and at my aunt’s eulogy and song number dedicated to Tatang. When we watched the video in the evening, it was indeed a laughing matter as my aunt’s dentures almost fell while she is singing.*LORL* We find the video so funny that Ace and I thought of including a camcorder in our list of “projects” so we could also capture moments not only through still photos but also through videos.
