Coke

I admit, I am a COKE addict! A meal is not complete without it and I can only feel I’m full after drinking a glass or two. Would you believe I and hubby can consume a liter of COKE in one sitting?

Happy Tuesday! Visit here for more RED entries.

Ruby Tuesday: Red Cactus

Here’s a Red grafted Cactus being displayed during Kadayawan. It’s the first time Ace saw such kind of cactus and he grabbed the camera from me and took some shots. It’s grafted . The top or the Red one was imported and the base or the body where it was attached was a native cactus. I have seen lots of it when I was still collecting cacti during my college years but never had the chance to buy one because it’s so expensive and delicate not like the non-grafted.

Ruby Tuesday: Banderitas (Colorful Trimmings)

The colourful banderitas (trimmings) symbolizes festivities. The banderitas along San Pedro Street, in front of the City Hall is one of my most admired banderitas ever because of its arrangements. I have a photo of this Banderitas during the night last week but it is more attractive during day time.

Me and the banderitas along the street. Ace took a photo of me (my first time to pose in the middle of the street). Seems like I am a tourist in the city.LOL. Do I look like one?heh.

Red-tongued Cattleya

Mamang’s CATTLEYA before bears not so big purple flowers. We also had white one given by my college best buddy, Lan2x. Over the years, horticulturists worked wonders and new varities emerge in the market that makes orchid lovers go crazy about it. I am also fond of orchids and almost getting crazy on the beautiful flowers but I just can’t afford to buy this time. Another thing is, I don’t have a place where to grow those orchids. I only took photos of the beautiful flowers and hope that someday, somehow I could have my own flower garden. Anyway, here’s a red-tongued cattleya. Haven’t got it’s specific specie.

Decorative lamp in Little Ding How

Last Saturday, I was searching for an entry for Ruby Tuesday. Think I have posted everything already. Gladly, Ace and I had our lunch at Little Ding How last Sunday and intentionally took this photo for thie meme. As expected, Chinese loves RED a lot. I just have to look around and look for a nice subject. This is one of the decorative lamps and its reflection in the mirror. Happy Tuesday!
