Online shopping that wasn’t

Last week I spent hours browsing for some dress that I could wear to church. After hours of looking around the online store, I have put 5 items in my shopping cart. I was giddy happy because it will only cost me $21 and when I hit “check out”, my excitement faded when I saw that the shipping fee is bigger than the total cost of my loots. Bummer! My time and effort went to the drain. At that moment I am not willing to pay for the shipping fee of $23. It’s not that expensive I know, considering that it’s an international shipping but thinking about my other obligations made me back out. Maybe I can shop next time…not only those Korean dresses but thoseĀ coogi clothing that I am looking at this time. I like Coogi’s bermuda shorts because of its cut, and I want one! Soon….hopefully!

My preference

Some eyebrows are raised (I know) since I posted in my other blog about the new collection of Coach Heritage satchel bag that I have been drooling over since yesterday. I am not aiming to get one this soon, I am just drooling over it. If only it was released before I got my brown Coach Heritage satchel, I would have chosen the black and white one. For others it is such a waste of money to buy a bag that costs thousands. People are just like that. Bags that would cost more than a thousand is overstated while a cellphone that costs more than twenty thousand isn’t.

Well, we have different tastes. I have changed my perspective in buying stuffs. It is better to get a bit pricey one with undeniably good quality than get a cheap one with quality that I cannot trust. So that’s the choleric in me. Don’t dare argue.LOL. I am more inclined in buying personal stuffs than gadgets like ps3, iPhone, iPod, PSP or anything. If others are always talking about the latest gadgets, and even upgrading their cellphones, laptops, and other stuffs from time to time, I am contented with my laptop and my more than half a decade old cellphone. Others have been telling me to replace my phone but I don’t feel the dire need to replace it now. Unless of course if it will retire or lost. But as long as my cellphone is still working, I won’t replace it just yet.

Here’s a photo of my cellphone so you would believe that mine is a collector’s item with keypad that has no alphanumerics. Nobody dares borrow and use it because they can’t figure out which is which in the keypad. It would then take them light years to send a message.LOL

For Ella and Ellah

Bought these loots from an online friend months ago. When I bought this, I was thinking of my niece – Ella – and my college best friend’s daughter – Ellah. It goes with crocs plastic bag, tags and the cutie little “hanger” but without a receipt from anĀ epson tm-t88iv receipt printer. Oh, these were bought on sale in the US and she buys in bulk so there’s no individual receipts.

Carol said this is small for Ella so I planned on selling this but my niece (cousin’s daughter) who’s so fond of Dora has a very cute feet that she might use this when she’s 12.LOL. So this pair ended up with the original owner, Ella.

I hope my goddaughter’s feet will fit in this. If not, wish this is bigger than her feet so she’ll still have the chance to wear this. But if this will be small to her, her younger sister will definitely have this. I want like this for Ella but no size bigger than this.

Now I am reminded to buy gift wrapper and gift box so I can send Ellah’s crocs and the bag that I bought for her last year. Need to send my goddaughter’s gifts soon so she could use it when classes will start.
