Happy Tuesday! Seems “better late than never” has been my fave motto.*wink*. I hardly find time to keep up with the schedule. I was planning to post early but I was too exhausted last night that I doze off after doing the laundry. Anyway, here’s my entry for this week…the cherries in my Black Forest Red Ribbon cake during my bithday. I am getting out of photos with red subjects, huh. Will post more next time.
Today is my parents’ 30th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. Too bad that Mamang and Daddy cannot celebrate it together for Mamang passed away almost 2 years ago. They weren’t that sweet couple but they stood firm on their VOW for each other before GOD. They weren’t together the whole time for Daddy is always in Military operations during the early years of marriage and lately, he was spending more time in Pagadian City to attend to his farm. Mamang dreams of retiring in Daddy’s farm but that will not happen anymore for she retire to heaven too soon that she weren’t able to walk me down the aisle on my wedding. Anyway, I am sure she’s happy now wherever she is as what Ella (my niece) was saying, Mamang is in heaven teaching the angels (because Mamang is a devoted teacher by profession). In our generation, 30 years is too long for a marriage to last. I hope I and Ace can also make it and reach that 3 decades of being together…oh, sorry, almost 3 I should say and still counting for Daddy is still married to Mamang. To Mamang and Daddy, we love you. Happy anniversary to you!
