Background check
The incidence rate of household help stealing from their employer, much worse killing the members of the family of their employer, nannies kidnapping the kids of their employers, and other incidence considered as criminal offense is alarming. It’s not really safe getting a house help, nanny, or even drivers these days. A criminal background check is really necessary before employing a stranger for everybody’s safety. We cannot just trust anybody these days. Even if one is recommended by a relative or a friend. That’s the reason why even if I badly wanted to get a house help, I am afraid I might get the wrong person.
