Huge tires

Saw an obese baby the previous time we went to the mall. Ace and his big eyes (yes, he is that melancholic. He sees other details that I don’t mind looking at) saw the huge tires of the stroller while my eyes are on the baby. When I uttered “ang taba naman ng baby” (the baby’s so big), he answered “kaya nga malaki ang gulong ng stroller” (that’s why the stroller’s tires are huge). It was then that I noticed the huge tires that I don’t usually see with the common strollers that I have seen. That stroller we saw is like the one in the picture and it must be a Bob revolution stroller. Should we shop for stroller in the future, I want that Bob Revolution stroller because it seems easier to push around compared to the usual strollers that has four tires. But this one’s too huge for me. Hope there’s smaller version of this Bob Revolution stroller.

Burden half

Unless if a wife is bed ridden or working away from home, household concerns should be managed by her most especially if she is just staying at home. For me, it makes the WIFE LESS OF A WOMAN for not taking care of the household chores and bury the burden of doing chores to their husband when she is capable of doing things. Not knowing how to cook is not an excuse for not preparing food for the family and pass on that responsibility to the working husband. Take time to learn how to cook. Everybody is not born as cooks. It is something that is learned. Being busy is not even a good excuse because even the busiest people take time to cook for the family.

As you vow to be a wife and mother, you also vow to attend to your responsibilities while the husband also vow to provide. In cases when the wife is the bread winner and works abroad, it is then acceptable (to the society) that the husband will carry on the wife’s responsibilities. So if you cannot perform your duties as a wife and mother, then you should have not married. You’re not a better half, but a burden half.

Time management

Working on a weekend as usual. To stop this dilemma, maybe I should stop procastinating. Would that be possible? Nah, I don’t think so. I seriously need to manage on my schedule so I could work fulltime – that is 8 hours a day – and blog part-time not to mention that I am a fulltime hands-on wifey. Either I work on my blogging tasks in the morning and do my DWC duty during afternoons until late evening or work during the day and blog during the night. That explains why I need an eye cream to lighten the dark circles that’s already visible. Imagine having just 4-6 hours of sleep during the night and a 2-hour nap during the day? That would really make my eyes look like that of a zombie! I know everything could be done, it’s just that I am poor in time management and that I need to work on ASAP so I won’t be frantically beating for the deadliest deadlines.
