Last month, we passed by the place where we used to live years ago. To my surprise, the nearby vast grassland where I used to chase and shoot sunset is now cleared and construction of steel buildings is ongoing. These two sunset photos I took in the area where the new subdivision is now being built reminds me of how serene the place used to be. It was peaceful and quiet. You could only see grasses and trees.
The area is now turned to a high-end subdivision with a commercial area. The whole stretch of the area from Panacan Junction to Buhangin is developing and the used to be not-so-busy part is now developed to be the business district in the northern part of the city.
Now I will be missing my fave sunset shoot spots years ago. It will never be the same shooting in that spot again. Thanks to development. The trees are now gone. Sigh.
