My present for Ellah…take note it’s with an H so it’s not for my niece ELLA. It’s for my bestfriend’s daughter who happened to be my goddaughter (I shouldn’t have one but the mother insisted on getting me as a godparent). I missed Ellah’s christening and 2 birthdays so I am making up this time.
The little girl was here! They arrived yesterday afternoon and she was left here with me and Che2x while Carol and Donald went out for a doctor’s check-up. At first she was settled in front of our HDTV watching disney channel while eating an apple. After a while, Ella started to demand for something…she’s asking for an ice cream so I told Che2x to give her what was left in the freezer but she don’t like the flavor. She wanted a chocolate one. They went to the store to buy veggies for dinner and her ice cream but as soon as she finished eating it, she asked for another one. Glad that there’s enough money left from the 50 pesos I gave Che2x for the veggies and Ella’s ice cream so she was able to buy another one. This time, she went to the store by herself and got herself an ice cream on stick. She finished it in just a few moments and asked for something to munch again. What??? She wasn’t full yet so she dig in our grocery bag and got a pack of chips and biscuit then settled in front of the TV and continue watching Mr. Bean. When she finished the chips and biscuits, the big eater finally stopped from asking for something to eat. She might have been full then. :-)
Christmas is coming and in a week’s time after the holidays is our gift giving tradition in the family. So I need to wrap gifts for everybody. However, though there’s no reason to give gifts, it’s hard to resist my niece Ella’s charm when she asks for something. Before they left for the province, she’s been asking for a kitchen set but I wasn’t able to give it immediately. Until they visited here a couple of months ago that I was able to buy her some toys. It was not what she’s asking for but she’s more delighted to receive her toys. Ella has actually tons of toys and her interests shifted to arts but sometimes she would ask for it. So now I am looking for a nice gift for her for the holidays. SInce I am on my quest for online shopping err…window shopping online, I found this set of Sleeping Beauty’s Princess Room.
Yipee! Ella’s here. I miss my niece so much and the house is merrier now that they are here for the weekend. The moment they arrived, I am about to finish reading about online car insurance quotes. Nope, we don’t have a car yet, but I am only amazed at how internet is dominating the world where the usual personal transactions before can be done online. So I am familiarizing myself with how that works. Who knows, we might need it one of these days? By then at least I know how it works.
I’m having great time shooting with Ella outside the house during their first visit here after they moved to the province months ago. I saw birds flying back and forth hence I aimed the cam towards the sky and waited for a bird to fly across the area I am viewing thru the viewfinder. I think I was in that position for a couple of minutes when I see something in the viewfinder. It wasn’t clear at first and when I heard the sound of it, I realized it was a Cebu Pacific aircraft. Happy Sky Watch!
